• Cheap Beach Shacks provides a weekly newsletter service delivering 12+ curated properties every Saturday.

• The first newsletter will be delivered on the following Saturday after the date of subscription, although subscribers will have access to all previous newsletters.

• Cheap Beach Shacks is not the listing agent but an independent aggregator of listings from multiple agents and portals, and users can access the original listing source via the newsletter.

• We cannot guarantee the ongoing availability of any property featured. Listings may go under offer, be sold, or removed at any time without notice. While we do our best to curate current opportunities, availability is not updated in real-time on our platforms.

• The Cheap Beach Shacks subscription service is for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or investment advice.

2. User Conduct:

• Users agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission fromCheap Beach Shacks.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

3. Payments and Refunds:

• We do not issue refunds.

• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
